We are looking for an experienced FEMALE Sales Executive in Dubai & Abu Dhabi FOR OUDOOR SALES TO B2B BUSINESS

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• UAE Driving License IS MUST
• OWN CAR IS MUST
• Beauty Industry experience is a PLUS
• Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience

Sales:

• 80% of time will be spent on generating sales through regular field visits, closing new leads, introducing new lines to existing accounts.
• 10-20% of your time will be spent in administrative work.
• Sales Collection
• Proper communication with clients in regards with new launches and update on the market trend.
• Ensure that monthly and quarterly target is met at all times.

Training:

• Liaise with Education Department regarding demonstrations and trainings.
• Keep yourself aware regarding current market trend in the nail industry.
• Ensure that clients are aware about the monthly training course.

Management:

• Report directly to the Sales Manager
• Meet and brief Sales Manager through a weekly / monthly reports as needed and required.

KPI:

• Follow and achieve company KPI and ensure it is met on timely manner.
• KPIs to be signed off with the General Manager after the induction program is completed.
• Responsible of achieving the company KPI.

The successful candidate must be flexible to any possible changes in the department as required by the nature of business. You must also be able to perform additional duties as required by the management up to a reasonable extent.

This is done through account management, salon team product engagement, and coaching of salon/institute partners. They will create and maintain strategic partnerships with salons/institutes and will execute brand plans/promotional calendars as well as create local plans and specific events to drive enthusiasm and engagement with the customer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• With UAE Driving License and own car
• Beauty Industry experience, Hair/ SKIN TECHNICAL experience is a plus
• With 2-3 years Sales Experience in UAE Region is MUST

Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month

• Prepare presentation, reports and evaluations ON ALL HAIR PRODUCTS EDUCATION FOR ALL BRANDS
• Ensure best applications techniques of all hair products-INCLUDING HAIR COLOURS, TREATMENTS AND PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
• Experience using different types of COLOR TECHNIQUES and other tools to create education / training programmes
• A willingness to learn about new styles and techniques FROM NEW AND ONBAORDED BRANDS
• PRODUCING REPORTS and data analysis to measure effectiveness of training
• Monitoring compliance to best practices.
• Maximize department sales and carry out relevant cost monitoring tasks
• Ensure continuous development by being always updated with latest market trends and products.
• Prepare the detailed quarterly training agenda.
• The ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or Colorist.
• A wide pallet of styling and Coloring techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office, Powerpoint & Excel.
